1. Shape a ball of dough with La Biscuitery Cookie Dö.
2. Put some parchment paper on a baking sheet.
3. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
4. Shape small balls of dough, using your finger, flatten them slightly and place them on the baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between each cookie.
5. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes until the edges are slightly golden brown.
6. Let cool and set aside in an airtight container.
7. Enjoy your mini cookies shaped cereals at any time of the day, in a large bowl of milk, as a snack or as a topping on your favourite ice cream!
